Return & Exchange PolicyYou may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations, underwear and swimwear must be unopened and unworn. No returns / Exchanges will be accepted in thongs, g-stings and Jock Straps.
If an item is defective, we’ll offer you a refund or exchange. However, please keep in mind that most of the items we carry are of an intimate nature and by law cannot be returned if they have been opened. We'll replace the defective item at no cost or, if you wish to cancel the order, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the defective product after it has been returned to us. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning product to us, we recommend that you send it via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
